GreenFest, to be held at the Starland Farmers Market on 40th and
Whitaker streets in Savannah , on Saturday, October 13, 2007 from 11am

recognize Savannah ’s commitment to going green and to send a
strong message to Representative Barrow that he must support
legislation to reduce global warming.
Approximately 30 local businesses and environmental interest groups will be on hand to help educate the public about what can be done to help combat global warming. Eric Culberson will be performing live from 11am - 4pm. At noon, 1:00, 2:00 and 3:00 a variety of speakers will address the local impacts of global warming and Greenpeace and Green Lifespace will ask everyone to take action to stop global warming by contacting Representative Barrow.
