&lt;br /&gt;&#8226;	Facilitated appropriate credit and collection decisions, oversaw freight collections and proper application (monthly goal of 90% current for five offices) monthly collections ranged in the millions, authorization of annual bad debt write-offs
&lt;br /&gt;&#8226;	Prepared, reviewed and analyzed monthly management cost reports and provided all financial reports required by headquarters 
&lt;br /&gt;&#8226;	Reconciliation of monthly close-out reports to accrue for valid expenses or to release estimates
&lt;br /&gt;&#8226;	Perform expense report audits and audit five divisional offices on a semi-annual basis
&lt;br /&gt;&#8226;	Provide direct assistance to personnel regarding insurance, claims and benefits
&lt;br /&gt;&#8226;	Forecast office equipment and service needs, prepare capital budget requests, justify expenses, coordinate purchase and installation, monitor all lease agreements&lt;/p&gt;
