&lt;br /&gt;Converted multiple external warehouses from and older 192. subnet to a new 10. subnet, converting all servers, services, edge devices(routers, managed switches, time clocks), and workstations during 24/7 primetime pushes.
&lt;br /&gt;Fixed, recovered, and redeployed Exchange services for 100+ employees. Massive corruption in the edbs with multiple stores needed to be fixed.
&lt;br /&gt;Designed a &#8220;site-in-a-box&#8221; solution with failover and backup solutions for instant site deployment and or emergency site deployments.
&lt;br /&gt;Rewrote all login scripts and group policies rolling out Office 2007 and a host of custom applications.
&lt;br /&gt;Migrated a new domain master migrating over DNS, DHCP, WINS, and Active Directory services with minimal downtime.

&lt;p&gt;Converted a multi-server/OS environment into a single-server virtualized system using VMWare with dynamic instant fail-over, stored on a single SAN.
&lt;br /&gt;Converted multiple external branches from T1 VPN solutions to a Metro Ethernet  WAN solution with Layer 7 QoS, decreasing costs and improving speeds ten fold.
&lt;br /&gt;Implemented a single point of failure tape backup library solution increasing backup storage, speed, and reliability while decreasing overhead, maintenance, and cost.
&lt;br /&gt;Engineered and implemented e-mail spam and web filtering solutions cutting spam and the cost of it by more than 90% while reducing employee time inefficiency due to non-work oriented web browsing.
&lt;br /&gt;Replaced out-dated anti-virus software with a new solution providing excellent centralized protection with minimal cost and implementation time.
&lt;br /&gt;Created a library of computer ghost images to optimize repair and new hardware deployment times.
