&lt;p&gt;&#61607; Reviewed, reorganized and strengthened the Classroom Without Walls program by identifying current problems and defining the needs of the group, generating alternatives, and implementing plans of action based on group consensus. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&#61607; Created and designed an after action report to fully evaluate the success of the grade 7 Classroom Without Walls trip to Villa Escudero Plantation and Resort and week-long trip to Caylabne Bay Resort.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&#61607; Developed and implemented a Positive Relationships program with co-Grade Level Coordinator and Middle School Guidance counselors to educate students about  resolving issues around bullying.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&#61607; Established agendas and facilitated weekly grade level meetings for 16 teachers, and acted as a sounding board for school related issues and conflicts.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&#61607; Managed comprehensive Homebase program, consulted with faculty members and administration, motivated faculty team members, and counseled faculty and students.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&#61607; Reviewed and mapped grade 7 mathematics curriculum with Mathematics Department Head producing a sequential and articulated program document. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&#61607; Established and implemented a three-step appraisal system for athletic coaches.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&#61607; Managed $100,000 transportation budget, maintained nine vehicles and one bus, supervised two motor officers, ensured adherence to State of California transportation regulations, and coordinated use of transportation.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&#61607; Planned and executed all daytime experiential activities, evening activities, and off-campus excursions for Camp Pacific. Direct supervisor of 12 counselors and 50+ campers.&lt;/p&gt;
