Romantic paintings of historic Savannah with its flowers and natural landscapes have formed the cornerstone of Ms. Saseen’s success. In 1985, she illustrated a print of the Old City Market for the thirtieth anniversary of the Historic Savannah Foundation.

In 1987, her prints were featured in a special promotion sponsored by Lord and Taylor entitled “Focus America: Savannah.” In 1995 she was honored in a Savannah News Press poll as “Savannah’s Best Artist.”
