Chef Darin leads you through an in-depth class focused around the most important tool in the kitchen - your knives! Learn the differences in knives, what to look for in quality cutlery, which knives are the most relevant, and how to use them properly. Discussion includes how to properly store, care for, and maintain your knives. Participants will have personalized attention as they learn the proper methods for prepping a number of vegetables commonly used at home. Techniques include: slicing, dicing, julienne, and chiffonade.
