This workshop is great for students with a basic understanding of digital photography and camera controls, who want to develop a more sophisticated photographic vision. Through a series of mini-lectures, demos, and in-class work students will learn digital workflow and manipulation techniques using Adobe Photoshop, as well as how to shoot in a variety of lighting conditions. Participants should bring their digital camera and instruction manual for on-site work, card reader or camera cord to retrieve photographs, and an external hard drive, CD, or DVD to save work. Cameras must have a manual exposure mode. Previous photography experience and an understanding of basic camera controls required.
