This class takes participants beyond basic writing skills to explore and discuss the essential aspects of book writing, covering the initial steps of identifying topic material and streamlining thoughts and ideas. Determining and understanding target audience and organizing content into chapters are also covered, allowing participants to jump-start their book into action by the end of the eight-week course.
During the last four weeks you will be completing your book! Revising, re-revising, grammar and sentence structure are key elements in polishing your material. We discuss details such as layout, a preface, forward, introduction and acknowledgments.
