This workshop is great for beginners who want to learn the basics of digital photography and develop a more sophisticated photographic vision. Students will be introduced to the aesthetics of digital photography, learn how to operate their digital camera, and gain an understanding of how creative camera controls affect the photographic image. Participants must have a digital camera with manual exposure mode. Tripods are recommended.
Technology Requirements (recommended): A 6.1 megapixel (minimum) digital single-lens reflex (SLR) camera; media cards for recording images; at least two are recommended; a card reader (optional) for downloading images.
