TitleMax is currently seeking an experienced Interactive Web Manager to join the expanding Marketing team!

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Interactive Web Manager to join our rapidly growing Marketing team. The Interactive Web Manager will represent the interests of all of the TitleMax branded services, District and Regional stores, and also provides internal marketing support for TitleMax intranet. He/She will be responsible for the acquisition and retention marketing efforts, development of eCRM program, enhancement of current site brand and overall experience, and content management. The qualified individual should be able to successfully thrive in an ever-changing retail type environment.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee execution of strategic online customer acquisition plans designed to maximize volume and conversion.
• Develop marketing media mix that connects and impacts consumers.
• Analyze website and provide well-defined strategies to improve site experience, conversion and ROI.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plan to enhance overall web site and brand experience.
• Participate in business development efforts through research, estimation, strategy development and presentations.
• Manage SEM projects including kickoff, requirements analysis, development, testing and launch.
• Develop state-of-the-art on-line customer experience.
• Manage and implement day-to-day content changes.


Requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering results through search engine marketing techniques.
• A four year degree with emphasis in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field experience.
• Five plus years experience working with mid-size to Fortune 500 companies, preferably in the financial or "needs" related industries.
• Expert understanding of SEM and connecting brands and services to consumers.
• Experience with search marketing applications, tools, web analytics and vendor management.
• A strong customer service orientation and the ability to form lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data.
• Must have experience in customer acquisition and retention.
