Carroll Construction is a full service general contractor specializing in historic restorations and renovations in downtown Savannah, Georgia. We are locally owned and operated with more than a decade of experience in residential and commercial projects.

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to provide essential support to our growing company.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Reporting and cash-flow analysis
Weekly payroll and associated tax filings
Administrative tasks (filing, copying, scanning, scheduling, correspondence)
Preparing estimates and contracts
Permit application process
Providing assistance to Owner and Project Managers as needed

The ideal candidate will possess:
Advanced accounting abilities (accounting degree a plus, but not required)
Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel, and Gmail
Availability of 20-30 hours per week
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and take initiative
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to use/learn Mac, Co-Construct, AIA documents, Facebook, and Instagram

Hourly wage (negotiable depending on experience)
Paid time off (after 90 days)
