The Office Assistant will handle office supply ordering, scheduling and planning events, filing documents, some aspects of AP and AR, and will be exposed to confidential HR files, so a professional demeanor is necessary.
Candidates should have solid clerical ability, and be comfortable with MS Office and Outlook. Accurate data entry skills are required; Quickbooks or bookkeeping knowledge would be helpful.
This is an hourly part-time position of approximately 16-20 hours per week.
