MonroneyLabels is an up-and-coming tech company based in Bluffton, SC and Savannah, GA. We are looking for a friendly, motivated and efficient office manager to be a part of our close-knit team.

Daily Job Duties:
• Answers multi line phone system, directs calls or takes messages.
• Assist/Coordinate administrative functions such as filing, electronic record keeping
• Help our customers resolve minor IT issues
• Assist with creation of materials such as Microsoft Word documents
• Collaborate with IT support to assist our customers with billing and invoicing
• Assist with sales calls to automotive dealerships

Requirements:

• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Ability to work in and navigate internet and email
