Job Summary:

Proven track record of managing a thriving staffing office, on site location or branch.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to multi task.
Strong service orientation and the ability to make the “Match” between our Customers needs and our Employees skill set’s.
Superior business development skills.
Effective leadership ability.
Industry/market competency as well as having 2 to 3 years of Staffing Experience.
Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all of the Internal Staff and level of service given when people visit your Branch.
Coordinate with the Staffing Manager on what the weekly plan is for check in’s, staffing plans for big orders and ensure quality placements for each job order, day in and day out.
Responsible for reviewing the job orders on a daily basis and consult with the Staffing Manager on making the right “Match” with our Customers and employees.
Must be able to hit Quarterly Sales Goal’s, fill out weekly sales activity report, and show proper follow up skills on all prospects.
Has the ability to negotiate pricing and staffing standards for all new Customers.
Calls on their immediate supervisor to approve “High Risk” accounts.
Ensures that there is a signed TeamWRX Service Agreement and Credit Reference for all new Customers.
Conducts regular service calls to ensure quality service, identify any problems and obtain feedback.
Manages all aspects of the Branch including recruiting, screening, and hiring to ensure that our hiring procedures are being followed.
Responsible for planning and forecasting with the Staffing Manager on any major jobs. This may involve some evening and weekend work to be done.
Will be on the rotation with the Emergency Cell Phone.
Manage the payroll process and ensure that it is entered accurately and in a timely manner each week.
Manage the Aging report and ensure that the invoices are paid in a timely manner.

Must be able to do the following; appraise employee performance, discipline, address complaints
and resolve problems, up to and including termination.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with TeamWRX’s policies , procedures and applicable laws.
Represents the company at various locations for employee check in’s, job fairs, professional/civic activities and on site performance reviews.

Pay Rate
35K to 45K Base salary plus annual branch bonus and quarterly sales commissions.
