AeroParts Now is looking for a Software Development & Customer Success Intern candidate to support product development and customer onboarding. As part of the team, you will work with our developers to help launch our software-as-service platform, and support our sales teams with customer sales demonstrations and setup.

You’ll gain experience:
In a software development role, specifically in ecommerce and aviation
Supporting the development of enterprise software
Supporting software user experience (UX) for customers
Learning about cloud-based and serverless web application architecture

You’ll need to have:
1 year of experience with software development, particularly with front-end or full-stack web development
Experience using ecommerce and software-as-a-service platforms
High-performance track record
Experience interacting with customers and contributing in a team environment
Energy, motivation, and self-discipline to stay focused amongst the chaos of diving into a new market
Talent for solving problems with code and identifying solutions for business needs

You’ll be working on things like:
Supporting customer software demos and setting up new customer accounts
Resolving software issues and supporting development teams with solutions
Working with UX teams to define and implement new product features
Helping define product features and supporting product roadmap development
