Bull Street Labs is a 6,000 sq. ft. collaborative facility that fosters creativity and innovation through social events, educational classes and collaborative work spaces. Located at 2222 Bull Street in the heart of Savannah’s Starland District, “The Labs” offers a wide range of services to emerging entrepreneurs. Whether you’re in “dream mode” or going public, we can help. Click here to go to the Bull Street Labs website.
Our main event space can be configured with large tables for workshops or with row-by-row seating. It features a large raises stage and can accommodate a wide variety of A/V needs. Workshop seating accommodates 40 people while row-by-row seating can accommodate 75.
Many start-up businesses just need a desk, wi-fi and a good cup of coffee to get things off the ground. We offer a variety of packages and amenities to help emerging businesses reach the next level.
Part of our facility is built out for private and semi-private use by firms needing small 1-4 person rooms. Most of these offices feature natural lighting as well as access to all the building’s amenities.
For entrepreneurs seeking expert guidance and start-up services, we are the Savannah home of Georgia Tech’s Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) and the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG). The facility is managed by The Creative Coast (TCC), Savannah’s entrepreneur-led advocacy organization.
Lean Startups don’t need more long-term commitments, so we don’t do those. Sign up for any of our services on a monthly basis so that you can ramp up and ramp down as needed.
Our facility is fully wired with high-speed fiber connections to the Internet. All our packages include awesome Internet access, but if your start-up needs something more we can quickly allocate large amounts of “pipe” as needed.
